Booking Your Place
What does the Summer School fee include?
The fee includes all subject teaching, application guidance sessions and access to our virtual college. Students will receive over 20 hours of interactive live lessons and will receive at least 30 hours of directed learning over the week.
All students attend a comprehensive programme of university application guidance that is specific to their course of study. If students wish to sit a mock Admissions Test or have a Mock Interview during the Summer School, they may purchase Add-ons—find out more here.
How do I reserve my place?
Places can be booked online by completing the application form. Places are allocated on a first come, first serve basis—so don’t miss out! To book, click here.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken at the time of booking by Credit or Debit card using our secure online booking system. If you would like to book and pay by Bank Transfer, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you.
What if I need to cancel by booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so by contacting us directly in writing. Cancellations received in writing before 23rd June 2024 for Course 1 and 30th July 2024 for Course 2 will receive a full refund, less an admin fee of £75. Cancellations after this date with be governed by the relevant clause of our Terms and Conditions. For more information, contact us on summerschool@oxfordtutors.com.

Studying With Us
Who will be teaching on the course?
All our courses are taught by Oxford and Cambridge Tutors staff, who are all Oxford and Cambridge academics and have experienced first-hand what it is like to study at a world leading university. Students will also take part in an interactive workshop led by a Personal Statements and UCAS Expert, as well as listen to a guest lecture by a top Oxbridge professor.

How many students will be in my seminars?
If you join us on a Standard programme, will be a maximum of six students in your subject seminars. If you join us on a Premium programme, all subject sessions will be one-to-one with a tutor.

What if I don’t need to sit an Admissions Test?
Whilst most students will need to sit an Admissions Test, a small number of students may not require any additional testing. Students exempt from Admissions Tests will attend a Critical Thinking class, led by our experts which will focus on the skills required for Oxbridge Interviews.
How will I be taught?
Students will be taught online through a variety of seminars, lectures and one-to-one tutorials. We have also created a virtual college, where students will be able to spend coffee breaks mixing with students from different subjects, discussing the day’s news and meeting some of the Oxford and Cambridge Tutors team.

Will I receive a Graduation Certificate?
All students who complete the course will receive a Graduation Certificate at our Closing Ceremony. We will also give out a number of awards which will further celebrate the success of our students by highlighting exceptional academic performance.

Which add-ons are available?
All of our courses comprehensively cover the UK University admissions process. If you are applying for 2024 entry, particularly for Oxbridge, Medicine and Law, you may like some additional support as you prepare for your upcoming application.
